The Postman

I’m in a Highway Police office somewhere near Phuket using the internet. It said on the sign outside it was free for two hours. And I think it is. But the man keeps bringing me expensive looking bottles of mineral water which I think will transform it to some marvellous ultimatum; pay me handsomely or I will put you in jail.

I’ll let you know what happens.
