Nathan, loved the honesty of this book and that it wasn’t just about the geography of the trip but your personal musings and admissions of human frailty. Related a lot to that. As a 125cc Scooter owner I’m only just starting to push my boundaries and take Vi out of town. Soon, an overnighter! Oohh (gasp). Thank you for sharing a bit of your life. It made a difference.

Nathan, Excellent book, excellent adventure and my hat is off to you. I collect books on epic moto rides, especially RTW and your writing is up with the best of them. I could hardly put it down. Some are excruciating to slog through but not yours. May your road be smooth and the wind at your back.

Hi Nathan, Thanks to a retired Sydney postie I got your book for Christmas just gone and once started I was hooked. I must congratulate you on a fantastic achievement on a bike that was not designed for the job and with so many setbacks. In the late 70′s I was a postie in Sydney and Canberra and in those days it was the CT90 and once hooked on the bike bought one for leisure purposes ( yes, it was brand new and from local Honda dealership in A.C.T.) It was for work and leisure purposes and my only ” name to fame” was a wonderful trip to Sydney on it one Saturday morning. – my brother came along on his CX500. Many congratulations again and a Happy Year . Best Wishes , Malcolm

I’m quite new to your blog but have found myself constantly on your site checking your pictures of your adventures and reading your experiences on your blog. My wife and I did a small tour of Australia no a bike, we didn’t quite do as many miles as you but we still had an amazing time. We would love to have the time to do what you’ve done, it must be amazing doing something you love each and every day. Thanks for sharing your experiences of Australia!

You did get it on the road in the end then, thats good too see. Hows the book coming along? Didnt realise you had the MASSIVE website aswell as the book! haha, Done a good job buddy. If ever in the southwest theres 3 lads with c90s to visit (and yer we made it back from ripley in ONE DAY, that and the early hours of the next day)
